Arrive Bangkok
When you arrive at Bangkok Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed and taken to your hotel. Bangkok, steeped in the rich history of the Chakri dynasty, continues to hold cultural significance in Thailand. After checking in at the hotel, you’ll have some free time to unwind and relax.

Later, embark on a visit to the Grand Royal Palace, an iconic symbol of Thailand’s royal ceremonies. Within the same compound, marvel at Wat Phra Kaew, home to the revered Emerald Buddha statue. Next, explore Wat Pho, famous for its massive reclining Buddha, followed by a visit to Wat Traimit, renowned for its Golden Buddha.
In the afternoon, embark on a long-tail boat excursion along the Chao Phraya River and its bustling canals, offering picturesque views of local life up close. Stop to visit Wat Arun, also known as the Temple of Dawn. Return to the hotel for some free time to relax and unwind.

Bangkok β Damnoen Saduak Floating Market β Kanchanaburi (Drive)

Early in the morning, we’ll head southwest of Bangkok to visit the Maeklong railway market, where you can take photos and enjoy local snacks amidst the bustling market atmosphere. From there, we’ll proceed to Damnoen Saduak, a charming rural floating market. Take a memorable long-tailed boat ride along the waterways to explore the vibrant scenes of Damnoen Saduak.
Next, we’ll continue our journey to the city of Kanchanaburi. Upon arrival, visit poignant World War II memorials, including the Jeath War Museum and the cemetery. Lunch will be served at a floating restaurant next to the historic Kwai River Bridge (meal cost on your own account). Later, we’ll travel to Wang Pho and board a scenic train ride along the railway, enjoying picturesque river views for approximately 30 minutes.

Kanchanaburi β Ayutthaya (Drive)

Later, we’ll depart for Ayutthaya, the ancient Thai capital located just over an hour away. Explore the majestic remnants of this historical city, starting with a visit to Wat Phu Khao Thong, also known as the “Monastery of the Golden Mount,” situated just outside Ayutthaya. Continue to the ancient palace grounds and Wat Phra Si Sanphet, where you can admire its grandeur. You’ll also visit Viharn Phra Mongkol Bopit, home to one of Thailand’s largest bronze Buddha statues. Lunch will be on your own.
Afterwards, we’ll visit Wat Lokaya Sutha, famous for its large reclining Buddha image.

Ayutthaya β Bangkok (Drive) & Bangkok β Chiang Rai (By Flight)
In the morning, we’ll visit the Bang Pa-In Summer Palace, originally built during the Ayutthaya era. This palace features a fascinating blend of European, Khmer, Thai, and Chinese architectural styles and remains a favored summer retreat of the Thai royalty. After exploring the palace, we’ll transfer back to Bangkok for your flight to Chiang Rai.
Upon arrival at Chiang Rai Airport, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your pre-booked hotel.

Later, we’ll visit the local market to explore and discover local products. Afterward, we’ll proceed to the world-renowned Wat Phra Kaew, where the revered Emerald Buddha image was once housed. Next, we’ll visit Wat Phra Singh, known for one of Thailand’s most exquisite Buddha images. Following a short drive from Chiang Rai City, we’ll visit the Black House, or Baan Dam, a unique creation by national artist Thawan Duchanee. Baan Dam blends traditional northern Thai architecture with striking modern designs, serving as part art studio, museum, and home.
Lunch will be on your own. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise on the Mae Kok River from Chiang Rai to a Karen village, where you can observe or even feed elephants. We’ll then transfer back to Chiang Rai.

Chiang Rai β Chiang Mai (Drive)

Later, we’ll drive to visit Chiang Saen, an ancient city situated on the banks of the Khong River. Explore the historical sites here before proceeding to the Opium Museum, which showcases the history of opium in Thailand. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant near the Golden Triangle, with time to relax.
In the afternoon, embark on a boat trip along the Mekong River to witness the meeting point of Thailand, Burma, and Laos at the Golden Triangle.
Afterwards, we’ll transfer directly to Chiang Mai. Upon arrival, check in at your pre-booked hotel.

In the morning, embark on a walking tour of Chiang Mai’s old town, starting with a visit to the ancient wall, moat, and a historic city gate. Explore some of the most beautiful temples in Chiang Mai, including Wat Phra Singh, Wat Phan Tao, and Wat Chedi Luang. Wander through narrow streets lined with traditional houses, and experience a rickshaw tour to soak in the local atmosphere. Afterward, explore the bustling Warorot Market.
In the afternoon, visit Doi Suthep Hill to admire the stunning views and visit the revered temple. To cap off your evening, explore the vibrant Night Market at your leisure.

Chiang Mai β Mae Sapok Trekking
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Later, depart from your hotel in a private car for a day of trekking in the villages of the White Karen tribe. Begin with a jungle walk of approximately 2 hours to reach the village, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet and interact with the villagers. Continue your trek through the jungle for about an hour to reach a beautiful waterfall, where you can relax, swim, and enjoy a picnic lunch.
In the afternoon, experience a delightful bamboo raft ride along the river.
Return to Chiang Mai around 5:00 – 5:30 PM. Dinner is on your own.
